So you want to know about me, huh? I can be a big ball of fun and a bite-sized terror all in a cute little package. I grew up in Minnesota but currently live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I love hockey, rock climbing, soccer and my dog Tucker. I have a crazy passion for all things music and most things art. I've been known to draw on whatever I can find, even things I shouldn't, and haven't figured out how to keep my paint brushes clean.
I currently work as an e-commerce manager for a hockey store while moonlighting as a freelance graphic designer for whoever will hire me. I also put being a professional rink rat and part time Tonic Sol-fa junkie on my list of accomplishments. I have a crazy group of friends who I wouldn't trade anything for in the world. I am my car's American Idol and I openly admit to being easily distracted by bright shiny objects. On my short list of special talents I include picking up objects with my tongue and Saran wrapping vehicles.
I love people of all kinds and have been known to talk to complete strangers. I'm the person you walk past on the street that will readily smile or say "hi" without knowing who you are, something that is rare in today's society. I love the zoo, I'm terrible at mini-golf unless I can make up my own rules and boundries, and my favorite board game is Trivial Pursuit: 90's Edition.
PBS is far and away my favorite TV station, proving that deep down I may actually be a nerd. I like all movies starring Brendan Fraser (yes, even Looney Tunes: Back in Action, although that might have more to do with the Looney Tunes than Brendan Fraser) and I laugh hysterically every time I hear/see Tonic Sol-fa perform the Lion Sleeps Tonight as the Muppets.

A cappella, punk, pop, classic rock, newer country, classical... pretty much anything
I'm a sucker for romatic comedies and any movie starring Brendan Fraser... And with a collection of movies counting over 200, I pretty much am my own block buster. The $5.50 bin at Wal-Mart is EVIL.
A Lesson Before Dying, The Illustrated Man, Little Alters Everywhere, The Diving Bell, From the Earth to the Moon, Animal Physiology (yes, I like to look at a text book. I'm a nerd. Deal with it.), The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein
People of Interest:
I like all sorts of people, just not all of them like me... Such is life.
Places of Interest:
Pittsburgh, PA; Duluth, MN; Twin Cities, MN; Cleveland, OH; Louisville, KY; Rolling Prairie/South Bend, IN; Denver, CO; San Antonio, TX; Newport, OR; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA... Pretty much anywhere I have family or friends plus Rome, Florence and Siena, Italy; Toronto, Canada.
Things of Interest:
I'm a cartoon coniseur. I love early Warner Bros cartoons, preferably 1940-1965 or any voiced by Mel Blanc. I got way more excited than someone my age should when I stumbled upon the Gummi Bears dvd collection. I also love Underdog and Danger Mouse.
I'm completely addicted to Brunehilde, my Sony Vaio laptop. As Jared once said, "we ask you to do things for us cause I know you'd be sitting at your computer doing this type of stuff anyway, so might as well have a focus."
...And then there is my rescued rat terrier mix named Tucker...
